Shey Shey Shenzhen
![]()
In January, 2001, Camille spent 5 days in Shenzhen, China, teaching young FibX
factory workers a curriculum in communication, training (classroom and 1:1),
and instructional and technical writing design. Camille utilized one main translator
but relied extensively on her unique style of interactivity to communicate with
the young Chinese students, her shay yuen.

All student exercises were translated into Mandarin so students did NO work in English.

To help communication, each group contained one student who spoke English.
